"The single most common mistake that I see is clients buying containers or organising gadgets that are not suitable for the job” First, take a step back and ask yourself some questions before choosing containers:
1.How frequently will the objects be used, how accessible must they be and who will be using them. For example, small children require easy access and containers of manageable size and weight.
2.Square containers hold more items, are more stable and sturdy and waste little space when stacked.
3.Clear containers are best for visibility, but if tidiness is more important to you, go for opaque containers.
4.Remember the golden rule - measure your available space before shopping for containers and work out what combinations will fit the space.
5.Once you have the right containers, clear labelling will help keep the contents organised.
